Informal instructions for filling out ProKarma timesheets

  1. Visit Intacct's web page.
  2. Click SIGN IN.
  3. Fill in Company ID ("prokarma"), user ID (sent to you by Intacct), and Password. Click Sign in >.
  4. Click Continue. (You can usually ignore the warning about Firefox version and Adobe Acrobat.)
  5. On the top left there are some tabs, select Time and Expenses, get a drop down, under TASKS and Transactions, choose My Timesheet.
  6. On the far right upper corner find the Add button. This will create a new timesheet line to fill out.

  7. If you've already begun a time sheet for the current week (period), you will be alerted to this fact. Click Cancel to return to the previous page and choose to Edit the entry for the current time period. Or, select a different time period (week).

  8. At the left there is Begin Date; this is the Sunday at the beginning of the week worked (report periods run Sunday to Saturday). Choose the appropriate date and End Date will self-populate.
  9. Click in the first edit field of the numbered line below PROJECT, a drop-down will appear. Select the appropriate value.
  10. Similarly, for TASK, select the appropriate value—likely something containing "Consulting Services."
  11. Fill in the number of hours worked in each day as appropriate.
  12. Optional: If this is used to accumulate totals during the week running, click Draft in the upper-right of the page. Returning to your My Timesheet, you'll see this draft and you can finish it.
  13. When ready for final submission, click Submit near the upper-right of the page.
